Information Booth
Located between the North and South Baggage Claim areas.
Traveler Assistance: Staffing located at airport information booths provides general information and traveler assistance. For assistance after hours, dial "0" from any white courtesy phone to contact an Airport Service Coordinator.

Hours: 5:30 a.m. - 1:30 a.m., daily
In addition, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) volunteers provide general information and traveler assistance to arriving passengers from their location in baggage claim.
Location: Terminal 1, Level 1, south Baggage Claim
Hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily
Roving Visitor Information and Visitor Assistance (VIVA) volunteers dressed in bright yellow shirts are also available to assist passengers in designated areas.
Passenger Pickup
Located on the first level of the Long Term Parking Garage.
Follow the yellow triangles to the Arrivals/Passenger Pick-Up curb, located across the pedestrian bridge from baggage claim. This area is designated for immediate loading only. Unattended vehicles will be towed. Short-term metered parking is also available in this area.
Hotel Check-In
Check-In services are available for select hotels.

Gives travelers the opportunity to check into participating hotels while at the airport. Limited concierge services also available.
